What is consignment?

Consignment stores or sites are places RE-SELLING items that have been purchased by someone. This person now would like to see some money back on her purchase. In other words, the client seeks a return on her investment! Some items have tags, some don't, but at The Stash we do not accept items unless they are in mint condition.

Can I return items I have purchased at thestashconsignment.com?

We're so sorry, but to maintain the highest quality at The Stash, we cannot accept returns. We find only the best brands and only accept items in impeccable condition. We urge you to be really certain you know your sizes. We try to provide as much information per item as possible to you to ensure that you can get the item you are drooling over and be thrilled. Please feel free to contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions. We want you to be HAPPY!

Seriously, I cannot return something?

No, you cannot return your Stash purchase. This is one way we have to protect our standards at the highest level on behalf of all our clients and customers.

Where do you get your items?

Élan scours the most fashionable closets in New York to find amazing items for The Stash. We will never reveal our sources, nor our buyers. While we cannot "officially" authenticate all our items, we have done our research carefully and will only present items that we are 100% confident are authentic. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, with confidence. You do NOT need a PayPal account to purchase through PayPal.
